We, Sant Tukaram Maharaj Wangmay Sanshodhan Mandal Trust, Shree Kshtra Dehu, Pune reconstituted under the Sant Tukaram Maharaj Wangmay Sanshodhan Mandal Trust, Shree Kshtra Dehu, Pune Act 1950, Trustees of the temple and all associated with the management and day to day functioning of the Sant Tukaram Maharaj Wangmay Sanshodhan Mandal Trust, state that we are located only at Shree Kshtra Dehu, Dehu Gaon, Dehu Road, Taluka: Haveli, District: Pune, Maharashtra - 412109 and declare that we have no affiliations or associations elsewhere (in India or abroad) and we the trust and the temple are solely situated at and available to the avid followers, devotees/ bhaktas, disciples at the aforesaid address only.

We also add that the trustees/persons associated with the aforesaid trust have not granted any license, permission authority to any third parties, body/bodies or entity/entities to hold out, portray/project, themselves as being connected with or affiliated to the Sant Tukaram Maharaj Wangmay Sanshodhan Mandal Trust or Gatha Mandir. All persons, devotees, disciples, followers of Bhagwan/ Dev Shree Sant Tukaram Maharaj are hereby informed that if they are contacted and approached by any entities or third parties as belonging to the Sant Tukaram Maharaj Wangmay Sanshodhan Mandal Trust, they should first verify the same with the Managing Trustees of the aforesaid Trust. The Trustees reiterate that the Trust and the Temple are located only at Shree Kshtra Dehu and nowhere else.

All the Followers, Devotees, Bhaktas, Disciples and other concerned persons are requested to note the aforesaid. The Trustees and/or the temple/ Mandir will not be responsible in any manner for any loss caused to the members of the public in case of solicitation or invocation to business of any kind by third parties claiming to be affiliated or connected with Sant Tukaram Maharaj Wangmay Sanshodhan Mandal Trust, Shree Kshtra Dehu.
